AIM Montessori, Uttarahalli Bengaluru was born to ensure that the mind of the child is nurtured in the best possible way – and at the time when it is most absorbent.

Established in 2016, AIM was full to capacity for the academic year ahead. Each child in AIM will experience an authentic Montessori schooling, complete with all necessary activities that a child needs, in an environment that empowers and supports them.aim-activity There is a strict child to teacher ratio of 12:1, to ensure that every child is well catered to, with no more than 36 children in each environment. There are three such environments which have a mix of children ranging from 2.5 to 6 years of age.

The school works on weekdays between 9am and 1.30pm. Students below 3.5 years of age attend between 9am and 12.30pm, whereas the children above 3.5 years of age stay at school for another hour, between 9am and 1.30pm. AIM Montessori is a private Montessori House of Children, Under Mysore Education Private Limited, helping children between the age group of 18 months to 6 years. AIM believes in overall and wholesome development of a child. It is essential that there is a harmony between the child, the school, the teachers, the methodology and the parents to ensure true growth in the capabilities of the child – "connected learning".

Between the ages of 2.5 and 6 years, a child’s mind is highly impressionable and absorbent.The child develops the ability to reason and make decisions during these years. Therefore, it is fundamental to ensure that the child thinks in the right way. To enable this, AIM ensures that all aspects of the child’s growing environment are in sync with the Montessori Method. AIM always puts child enrichment first, ensuring the child feels accepted and secure, making them more self-confident and self-dependent. It is the aim of the Montessori Method to guide the growth of children in the manner in which they best accept it. It has been seen that children who are given the time to think learn to have faith in their own problem solving abilities, and therefore in themselves.

All faculty members are well trained in the Montessori Method from IMTC – Indian Montessori Training Center/ IIMS – Indian Institue for Montessori Studies, and understand the importance of child development in the early stages. AIM Montessori has Pre Primary School Recognition from Government Of Karnataka, Reg. No. 91/22/2-2017-18 , and IMC, The Indian Montessori center (Karnataka), has granted Aim a probationary accreditation, which will become permanent on completion of three years after establishment.
